1 General Terms and Definitions

The meanings of key terms used in this terms and conditions document are provided below. These definitions apply throughout the document.

• Member / User: A person who opens a valid account on 3333ba and uses the platform.
• Account: A profile containing the member's personal information, balance and gaming history.
• Wager / Bet: The act of placing money or credits on a specific outcome.
• Bonus: Additional credits or benefits provided by 3333ba that are available subject to specific conditions.
• Withdrawal: The process of taking real money out of an account.

3333ba's terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version will be considered final. Any rules or conditions mentioned in this document apply equally to all members.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on 3333ba. If these conditions are not met, the platform reserves the right to cancel the account at any time.

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and have your own bank or mobile banking account.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• Account passwords and login details must be kept completely confidential.

Responsibility for Account Information

It is your responsibility to keep all information stored in your account up to date. If your information changes, notify the platform as soon as possible. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled and the associated balance forfeited.

You are personally responsible for all activities carried out under your account. Transferring or sharing the account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Responsible Gaming

3333ba is for those aged 21 and above only. Protecting minors from gaming is one of our primary responsibilities. The platform may request a national identity card or other government documents for age verification at any time.

Age Verification Process

We reserve the right to verify the age of members. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. Providing a false age will result in immediate account cancellation.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All rules relating to financial transactions on 3333ba are described in this section. We support Bangladesh's most popular payment methods for fast and secure transactions.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are prohibited.
• Keep proof of each deposit.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

3333ba offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200. Depositing ৳8,333 or more will qualify for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳28,000.

Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This means that to withdraw the bonus amount, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires placing a total of ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawal is possible.

Important Bonus Terms

• A specific bonus can only be received once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• When a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — unless specifically stated in the promotion.
• 3333ba reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in immediate account cancellation.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on 3333ba are conducted fairly and transparently. We are committed to maintaining an honest and sportsmanlike environment on our platform.

Fair Play Policy

• The outcome of all games is determined by a random number generator (RNG).
• Any form of cheating, use of software or fraudulent tactics against the platform is prohibited.
• Attempting collusion or gaining unfair advantage through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• Placing bets or claiming winnings by exploiting any technical error is prohibited.

Policy on Technical Errors

Any amount or result incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid. 3333ba reserves the right to correct such errors and affected members will be refunded the actual amount.

Sports Betting Rules
